職責：
- 管理部門日常運作如貨品管理、存貨管理、店舖視覺陳列等，以確保營運及服務符合公司指標
- 帶領前線員工積極協助店鋪內的推銷貨品及促銷活動， 達成店鋪目標及建立高效團隊
- 培訓店舖員工，提升團隊之顧客服務
- 協助店舖經理管理，推銷及採購特定的種類和貨品
- 2年或以上相關的主管工作經驗 ; 如百貨公司及超市的工作經驗更佳
- 良好粵語，一般英語及普通話
- 具領導才能，有團隊合作精神
- 積極主動，良好顧客服務及溝通技巧
