職責

• 負責管理日常店務運作包括顧客服務、貨品管理、成本控制及人事管理
• 管理店舖陳列及與營銷同事協作安排市場推廣活動，以強化銷售表現及加強顧客購物體驗
• 透過有效業務策略及團隊協作達至及超越公司訂下的營運目標
• 協助制定營運程序和目標，鼓勵員工為團隊提高工作氣氛
• 提供優質顧客服務，與客人建立並保持良好關係

要求

• 中五程度/香港中學文憑(中六)程度或以上學歷
• 具3年零售或相關經驗 (曾從事食品,超級市場行業及擁有衛生管理經驗優先考慮)
• 流利廣東話，英語及國語
• 具良好策劃、溝通及領導技巧
• 擁有良好市場觸覺及了解顧客需要
• 能適應輪班工作
