1.接聽客服電話。
2.幫助客戶解決問題。
3.線上提供金融產品相關業務諮詢服務。
4.提供完整教育訓練培訓,可瞭解金融相關知識。
5.需配合輪班(含假日),人性化排班、休假日可彈性調整,每月休假日數與銀行同,提
供舒適辦公室環境。
具細心、耐心與同理心、及服務熱忱、善於溝通協調,勇於提出流程改善建議
