Key Responsibilities:    

• Execute and monitor preventive maintenance and daily repair projects through daily operation management 
• Oversee resource management including human resources allocation, negotiation with suppliers and contractors and spare parts management
• Monitor and control the energy consumption and performed energy management 
• Conduct process advancement and facility improvement project identifications and feasibility researches with project implementations after schedule and budget approval 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Service Engineering or relevant
• 5 years’ relevant experience in properties maintenance & project management
• Solid experience on HVAC system, Purified Water System 
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Well-organized, detail-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills
