Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and email pertaining to customer’s enquiries & complaints
  • Ensure and upkeep the service level to the clients and resolving their daily needs and requirements
  • Checking on parcel’s deliveries status, ensuring all comments & instructions must be given to the drivers clearly
  • Assisting customers in re-delivery and collections

 

Requirement

  • 2 years of experiences in customer service
  • Customer focused and have problem solving skills
  • Good command of English, written & spoken (Additional languages would be an added advantage.)
  • 5.5 days Alternate Saturday,  9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) & 9am to 1pm (Sat)
  • Location: Tampines North and will be relocated to Changi South
