- Responsible for monitoring daily operation of production line to achieve quality and efficiency objective
- Participate the planning and implementation of policy and procedures in the areas of product quality, manufacturing strategies, manpower and cost control
- Monitor the materials and manpower planning effectively and efficiently
- Machines planning and maintenance
- Keep good hygienic condition in manufacturing plant
- Ensure all documentation of production are comply with regulatory requirements
- Well communicate with management, sales team, QA team, purchasing team and front-line staffs
- Education in relevant discipline
- 5 - 8 years of experience in managing manufacturing
- Solid experience gained from food industry
- Knowledge of OEE, ISO, GMP and HACCP
- Good command Skills
- Self-initiative, strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skill
