Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the store and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
• Lead, manage and provide training to a team of 40 – 50 HC according to the company standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive store environment
• Build customer loyalty through in-store experience, utilization of social media and email capture
• Ensure all sales activity complies with corporate brand standards and directives, including product presentation and visual merchandising

Job Requirements

• Degree holder with 5 years retail management experience
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English is must
• Excellent coaching skill and a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-oriented, cheerful and passionate personality
