Responsibilities:

• Manage daily sourcing and purchasing activates for assigned categories
• Ensure smooth daily operation with internal teams in sourcing and purchasing process
• Negotiate with global and local suppliers to build a mutually beneficial business relationship and establish effective pricing strategy to maximize business profits
• Oversee and manage supply chain and ensure products are up to company standards in mannered time
• Report to Top management on supplier management insights

 Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in relevant discipline
• 6 years of experience in FMCG/retail industry and sizable organization
• Experience in F&B product management
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good command in PC knowledge including MS Office, Excel, ERP
• Possess strong negotiation and analytical skills and able to work under pressure 
• Immediate available is preferred
