工作:
· 監督及管理餐廳的日常運作如存貨管理、現金管理、儀器管理等,以確保營運、食物及服務品質符合公司指標
· 帶領團隊達至餐廳業績及利潤目標,有效成本管控
· 協助招聘, 人手分配及培訓員工,建立優質團隊
· 處理店舖週報告及月報告
職位要求:
· 中五學歷或以上
· 最少5年餐飲服務經驗,其中不少於2年管理經驗
· 具領導才能 / 管理及營運概念
· 能獨立管理店舖一般運作,員工招聘及培訓
· 善於與人交談,獨立及主動,良好溝通技巧,對飲食行業有熱誠
· 好廣東話,基本英語及國語, 略懂日文優先考慮
