Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the Customer Service Team and Cashier Team
- Responsible for manpower allocation and organize customer service training program for staffs
- Monitor the Customer Service Team to handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensure service meet company’s standard
- Conduct market research, review and update service policies and guidelines regularly
- Ensure accurate and efficient cashiering services to support the daily store operations
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 10 years or above related working experience in Retail Industry
- Good command in English and Chinese, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Customer-oriented, detail-minded and well-organized
